Throughout winter keep an eye out on Instagram to see a selection of hot filter options. Recently we have been sampling an Ethiopian filter Coffee Tade GG a balanced, syrupy mouthfeel, honeysuckle sweetness with notes of bergamot, tangerine and blackcurrant. Using our trusty Aeropress we are able to produce a much more delicate flavour than from an espresso machine. With many filter options available from Clark St Roasters we will be rotating regularly to keep your tastebudes guessing.
