How do I clean my Sierra rug?
A GENTLE VACUUM REGULARLY – To remove any dust and debris.
NO BRUSH OR POWERHEAD – Do not use a brush head or motorised power brush head on the vacuum cleaner. On loop-pile or highly textured weaves it will cause rug damage.
SCOOP UP SOLIDS – Gently lift off as much of the foreign material as possible.
BLOT, DON’T RUB – Use an absorbent white paper towel and blot out as much liquid as possible.
DRY USING A COLD AIR FAN OR BLOT DRY. DO NOT SCRUB RUG – It can cause permanent pile damage/disruption.
DO NOT STEAM CLEAN. DRY CLEAN ONLY – Use a professional rug or carpet cleaner is highly recommended.
DO NOT USE DETERGENT DIRECTLY ON A RUG – Clean with appropriate cleaning agents and ensure never to apply detergent directly to a rug. Always test any detergent/cleaning solutions on an inconspicuous area of a rug first and if any damage is noticed from the cleaning product, the cleaning solution should not be used. Do not continue to use it if colour lifts off when blotted with a white paper towel or if a watermark remains on the rug from the cleaning product.
A PROFESSIONAL CLEAN IS RECOMMENDED EVERY YEAR – Dry clean only by a reputable rug or carpet cleaner.

Our team will demonstrate on delivery how to unfold your new sofa bed, and take all of the packaging and rubbish away. The rest of Victoria is subject to the same complimentary services depending on location and delivery partners.Standard Shipping – Interstate
Standard Shipping interstate is a boxed door-to-door delivery of your new sofa bed. It will arrive via a courier with provided online tracking. It will be packed on a pallet and the courier team are not required to bring it into your home.ADDITIONAL Assembly
Only applicable for interstate deliveries - Adding additional assembly to your order upgrades your delivery from a boxed delivery via a courier to an assembled delivery via an expert furniture removalist. Your sofa will arrive to you assembled in two pieces as our mechanism travels safest with independent pieces. These will need placing together.
