Returns Policy

Please choose carefully before you buy. We will not refund, for change of mind, or if your product does not fit in to your home.

  • Custom orders cannot be refunded so please choose carefully.
  • A minimum 50% deposit is required for custom orders, which will be surrendered if you decide to cancel your order.

Returning Stock Items: Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on in stock items.

  • All floor stock purchases must be paid for in full
  • You can exchange stock items for a store credit prior to recieving your delivery
  • If you decide to return your item for a store credit you must cover the cost of transport to our Melbourne warehouse.
  • Items need to be returned in perfect condition and wrapped appropriatley for transport.
  • Returned items, must be returned to the Innovation Melbourne warehouse within 5 business days of initial purchase, unless otherwise organized.

If your product is faulty within the warranty period, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Your order & invoice number
  • Reason why you are returning the product
  • Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
  • Photos of the faulty or damaged item

Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven’t previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
