  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless an alternative payment agreement is in place.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery is available across Melbourne and to selected areas within Australia.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to change due to supply chain delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that goods will fit through doorways, staircases, and into intended rooms.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy complies with Australian Consumer Law:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • In the event of a major fault or defect, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.

  • Any requests for return must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and be supported with photographs and/or evidence of the issue.

  • Returned goods must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
