Shipping & Delivery Policy
We aim to ship Australia Wide via our own delivery services or Courier services. We endeavor to do so as fast as possible. In most cases, for in stock items, delivery can be arranged within 2-14 business days for Metro to Metro deliveries. Melbourne Delivery begins at $140.
While we do all we can to provide delivery services to Regional areas, shipping availability and prices are estimates only until verified. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside of this zone. To ensure safe transport and to reduce your costs, Interstate deliveries can be flat packed, with the sofa requiring assembly. The sofa will arrive in boxes. It is your responsibility to dispose of the packing in a responsible manner.
Assembly tools and instructions will be provided. In special circumstances we can deliver the sofa assembled – location dependent. For interstate and regional delivery quotes please contact us. IMPORTANT: As most of our furniture is considered as heavy and bulky items, in some regional locations you may need to assist the delivery partner delivering the item to your door unless otherwise arranged. You agree to this condition as part of your purchase. If this is absolutely not possible, please contact us to arrange for an additional person to assist. Additional costs will apply. Exchange Policy
Please choose carefully before you buy. We will not refund, for change of mind, or if your product does not fit in to your home.
- Custom orders cannot be refunded so please choose carefully.
- A minimum 50% deposit is required for custom orders, which will be surrendered if you decide to cancel your order.
Returning Stock Items: Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on in stock items.
- All floor stock purchases must be paid for in full
- You can exchange stock items for a store credit prior to recieving your delivery
- If you decide to return your item for a store credit you must cover the cost of transport to our Melbourne warehouse.
- Items need to be returned in perfect condition and wrapped appropriatley for transport.
- Returned items, must be returned to the Innovation Melbourne warehouse within 5 business days of initial purchase, unless otherwise organized.
If your product is faulty within the warranty period, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product. - Your full name
- Your order & invoice number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
- Photos of the faulty or damaged item
Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven’t previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
